Villa Vegas is a stunning vacation home that provides all of the best elements of Pedregal living. Located in one of the most desirable areas of Pedregal, Villa Vegas is complete with sweeping marina and city views, a grand pool patio, multiple gathering spaces and walking distance to the beach, downtown and the marina. This contemporary 7-bedroom villa was recently remodeled to provide guests with a myriad of amenities that make it the ultimate vacation home.

With several large gathering areas, Villa Vegas accommodates large groups comfortably. While 6 of the 7 bedrooms provide an ocean view, your group will be able to enjoy the beauty of Los Cabos. Every bedroom is equipped with furniture and amenities of comfort and quality: memory-foam mattresses, premium linens, and contemporary decor. Every inch of this luxury villa welcomes you with open arms. It includes a gourmet kitchen that’s loaded with top-of-the-line appliances, 10-person, granite dining table with comfortable seating, and an elegant, yet cozy living room. There is a theater room with a large HD projector screen and elevated couches. This home is a sports-lovers dream as it features several HDTVs with every available sports channel so you’ll never have to miss a game.

Villa Vegas provides a space that people don’t want to leave. The outdoor living areas feature multiple levels of patio providing open and extensive views of San Lucas, Lands End, and the Sea of Cortez. Relax with premium lounge chairs, multiple water features, and a dining area that includes plush seating. The custom-built infinity pool and hot tub are ready to entertain large groups.

Q: What does the butler do?
A: Butler does what you need him/her to do. Some people like their butler to make drinks, pick-up wet towels, keep the kitchen clean, keep doors closed to maintain A/C, prepare and serve appetizers, monitor music, call taxis, help with translation and more. Your butler will be available 7 hours per day – you stipulate the schedule.

Q: The villa has a lot of stairs, is there an elevator?
A: We’re told the stairs are a refreshing, much-needed exercise. Although there are many, they are not daunting. The house has an elevator, but it is intended for luggage only. If the elevator is out of service, the butler is available to help move things up and down the stairs.

Q: Do you allow bachelor parties?
A: Yes. Villa Vegas is one of the few homes in Pedregal that allows all-male groups. And all female groups for that matter. Bachelor parties love this house because it is walking distance to downtown. This means large groups don’t have to worry about coordinating group taxis back to the villa.

Q: Can we be loud in this house?
A: Depends on your definition of “loud”…. Music is certainly allowed to be played at Villa Vegas, but we ask for you to be respectful of the neighbors. Also, the Pedregal community has a very strict NOISE ORDINANCE that begins every night at 10 pm. If the noise is too loud, Security will visit the house one time for a warning. If they have to return, it will be an automatic fine of $1,000 USD.

Q: Is the pool heated?
A: Yes, the pool is heated at no additional cost. The pool and jacuzzi heater work on the same pump so you are only able to heat one at a time. The jacuzzi gets hot in about 10 minutes so it is easy to heat that up at any point.

Q: If needed, can we get extra beds?
A: We have two air mattresses that comfortably fit in the theater room.
