Payment & Cancellation Policy: 

• A deposit of 50% of the total rate is due to reserve 
• The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival 
• If you booking is within 60 days of arrival, the full amount is due 
• Payments are accepted by any major credit card or bank transfer
