When you are a guest at Sandcastle, our 24/7 concierge extraordinaire will greet you at the ferry/airport and welcome you to our private escape. This newly built Villa is one of the few homes located directly on the beach, chairs and umbrellas await! Our staff will take care of your every need including cold towels on arrival, laundry service daily, and ensure that the villa is spotless at all times. You will have abundant and high-quality linens, cookware, and tableware, and the staff will cut and arrange fresh flowers and coconuts. During your stay, you will have access to concierge service for booking all your activities including restaurants, boat charter, diving, spa, massage, private chef, and more.

BEDROOM DESCRIPTION
Bedroom 1: Master Suite: A retreat to exceed expectations. Kreiss furnishings include down filled sofa for movie nights, large screen TV, Tempurpedic mattress and pillows, a very private balcony with comfortable chairs for enjoying morning coffee or sunset cocktail, a desk/office setup if you must work, and a large bathroom with 2 sinks, bathtub (candles included!), romantic outdoor shower, and private toilet. Large walk-in closet and ample drawer space.
Bedroom 2: 2nd Master Suite: King bed, Private stairway entrance, private balcony with comfortable chairs and table to enjoy a cocktail or a coffee with the best view in the house, en suite bathroom. Large walk-in closet and ample drawer space.
Bedrooms 3 & 4: 2 Guest King Bedrooms: These 2 rooms are identical. En suite bathrooms with large stone showers, large closets and plenty of drawer space in both rooms. The rooms open onto the patio area, a few steps away from the pool, with their own chairs in the shaded Lanai
Bedroom 5: 1 Double King Bedroom: this new addition is perfect to sleep with 4 kids or a family of 4 who enjoys being close to the kids. Large room with en-suite bathroom and two closets. Fans, AC, Xbox, and Apple TV.
Kids Lounge: Two Twin Beds are set up as day beds for lounging and playing Xbox! Housekeeping will make them up for comfortable sleeping at night. Suitable for small children up to about age 12. Fully air-conditioned and enclosed, the powder bathroom is just down the hall with a toilet and sink.

* 12 guest maximum and an additional 2 children (less than 12) may sleep in the kid’s room for $100 extra per child per night
