A vibrant blue gate sets the stage for mesmerizing sea views, photogenic sunsets, unique water features and stylish tropical living straight out of a design magazine. Entering through the courtyard, a pebbled tropical stream flows invitingly around the upper level. Walk through the blue front door and a panoramic vision in brilliant greens and blues flows all the way from the turquoise pool to the sea and beyond to the horizon. The scene is dramatic, magical and serene.

Open, airy interior and exterior rooms, with high vaulted ceilings and creamy stone floors, blend seamlessly to create a chicly contemporary, comfortable space. Expansive floor to ceiling glass walls and sliding glass doors open wide to the sea view, the upper pool and spacious outdoor terraces for al fresco dining and lounging. Soft white walls, colourful modern art and accessories plus sleek furniture in off-white and taupe are complemented by dark woods for an inviting and relaxing style. Off the dining area, facing the sea, is a modern, open kitchen in white, grey, steel and black granite.

The four bedrooms are housed in two wings. Every bedroom is equal in size with sea and lower pool views. The interiors are sleek and tranquil in whites and neutrals accented with colour pops; each room is distinctive in blue, turquoise, brown and red. The beautiful spa style marble and stone bathrooms feature spacious walk in showers with sea and pool views; one has a private outdoor shower.

3 bedrooms are off the main space. The upper bedroom terrace has views of the sea and beautiful lower pool. Downstairs are two pool level bedrooms each with views, private terraces and ladders so you can dip in the pool from your room. The fourth bedroom, with direct lower pool access, is across the upper level river and downstairs with its own private entry just off the upper level pool.

Although very secluded, you are very close to amenities. Walk to Plum Beach. Drive 5 minutes to Baie Nettle’s new culinary stars; Le Sand, Dreams and Mezza Luna. 10 minute drive brings you to the charming French capital of Marigot with restaurants, shops and galleries, historic buildings and the Creole Market. Drive 25 minutes to Grand Case; 30 to Philipsburg’s shopping haven and a mere 10 to the airport.

Bedroom 4: King-size bed, A/C, ceiling fan, TV, DVD, access to the pool, safe and en-suite bathroom with a shower, vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum.

Note: For all Holiday requests, please contact our team. Many properties will accept 7-nights but we prefer 14 nights if the dates overlap Christmas or New Years’ week.

House Rules

1. CAPACITY OF VILLAS: The total number of persons allowed in the villa at any one time is restricted to the number of persons scheduled and paid for, based on two persons per bedroom. Should a group misrepresent themselves, they will be required to pay for all excess persons immediately, or shall vacate the villa immediately, without refund. 2. COMPLAINTS AND MAINTENANCE: Personal Villas and affiliated on-island property managers shall make every effort to keep all villas and their inventories in good working order. In case of a maintenance problem, they will strive to repair the problem as soon as possible after being notified. Villa management reserve the right to be allowed a reasonable amount of time to cure a problem. However, no refund or rate adjustment shall be made for unforeseen mechanical failures such as the supply of electricity, telephone service, internet service, water, pool filtration systems, hot tubs, air conditioning, television or cable service, appliances, etc. It is the Guest’s obligation to report any problems or damage to their villa IMMEDIATELY to us, regardless of the hour. 3. NO PETS: Pets of any kind are NOT allowed in or on the villa’s premises without specific written permission from Personal Villas (granted prior to arrival). A pet or evidence of a pet found on premises will cause immediate eviction, and forfeiture of Guest’s entire rent and deposit. 4. QUIET ENJOYMENT AND PARTIES: We rent to family groups and responsible adults only; absolutely NO house parties, commercial uses or functions such as weddings are allowed without advance WRITTEN permission from Personal Villas. Guests shall be sufficiently quiet and peaceful, so as not to disturb other residents of the neighbourhood, particularly after 10 pm at night. If Guest is found to have had a wedding or any sort of group gathering for more persons than officially scheduled and paid for at the villa, and/ or without Personal Villas advance written permission, he is subject to forfeiture of his entire villa security deposit to the villa’s owner, at the joint discretion of Personal Villas and the villa’s owner. 5. SMOKING, ILLEGAL ACTIVITY, DRUGS AND HAZARDOUS MATERIALS: Smoking is NOT permitted inside the villa. (In most cases smoking is allowed in outdoor spaces—please check with your rental agent). Guest and members of his party shall not use or permit to be brought into any villa any illegal substances, inflammable fluids (e.g., gasoline, kerosene, naphtha or benzene), or other explosives or articles deemed hazardous to life, limb or property. Any illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
